Privacy policy

Worksheets are made in your browser. We keep a few anonymous usage records and, if you send one, your email address.

What we collect

• Usage events: a random visitor id stored in your browser, the page path, the referring site, campaign tags in the link, the country (from the network), a rough device type, and actions such as generating, printing or downloading a sheet, opening the pricing page or the checkout. Sheet codes may be recorded with these events. Names you type into a worksheet title are not sent.
• Forms: the email address and message you send through the contact form, or the email you enter at checkout.
• Network address: used only to limit how many requests one network can send per day, stored as a salted one-way hash in a daily counter.

What we do not collect

No student data. No accounts, passwords or payment card details. The free-use counter is kept in your browser’s local storage, not on our server.

Third parties

• Cloudflare hosts the site and its database, and provides Turnstile, the spam check on forms. Turnstile loads only when you start filling in a form or the checkout.

How long we keep it

Usage events are kept for up to 24 months. Emails are kept until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about your email address, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do that, email [email protected] or use the contact form at the bottom of any page. Clearing your browser’s site data removes the visitor id.
